Being a site about everything to do with Bulgaria it is only natural and morally right that the site should be run and based in Bulgaria after all this what the site is all about. We are actually based in the town of Yambol situated in southeast region of the country and of course fully surrounded by everything Bulgarian.

The creator and administratr of the site is Phil Rose.   Phil has lived in Bulgaria with his Bulgarian wife Margarita since 2003.
